These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jljlaa platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using jljlaa, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jljlaa. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Underage accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
Each player may hold only one jljlaa account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID. jljlaa reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.
Use of bots, scripts, exploits, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. jljlaa employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where foul play is detected.
jljlaa operates under Philippine law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jljlaa ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the jljlaa platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use jljlaa.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use jljlaa. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jljlaa reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.
2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. jljlaa is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jljlaa is lawful in your jurisdiction. jljlaa makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jljlaa account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. jljlaa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
2.5 KYC Verification. jljlaa is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a driver's license, passport, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys National ID — when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljlaa login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify jljlaa immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jljlaa will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jljlaa account, including all wagers placed and all transactions initiated. jljlaa is entitled to treat all activity on your account as authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jljlaa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your jljlaa account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jljlaa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the Player's name. jljlaa reserves the right to apply processing times of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests, depending on the payment method selected.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the jljlaa platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at jljlaa's discretion.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jljlaa complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jljlaa are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Real-money funds in your account are used before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jljlaa reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Promotion Availability. jljlaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or account-status restrictions.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jljlaa is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games on jljlaa are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers under monitored conditions.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, jljlaa reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. jljlaa's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Bet Acceptance. jljlaa reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns or where a bet has been placed in error due to a system error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jljlaa. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
8.1 Player Welfare Commitment. jljlaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through the jljlaa platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
8.3 Age Verification. jljlaa strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, we will suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the jljlaa platform — including but not limited to the jljlaa name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jljlaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. jljlaa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jljlaa content without prior written consent.
9.3 Third-Party Content. Certain games and content on jljlaa are provided by third-party game developers and software providers. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.
10.1 Platform Availability. jljlaa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. jljlaa will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.
10.2 Gaming Losses. jljlaa is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. All gaming activity on jljlaa involves risk, and Players accept that they may lose the funds they wager. It is your responsibility to manage your gaming activity within your financial means.
10.3 Third-Party Services. jljlaa is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the platform. Any disputes with third-party providers must be directed to those providers directly.
10.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jljlaa's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljlaa account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Data Collection. jljlaa collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. The types of data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a data subject are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Security. jljlaa employs industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jljlaa cannot guarantee absolute data security.
11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. jljlaa may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to the Player where legally required.
12.1 Right to Amend. jljlaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the jljlaa platform. Where changes are material, jljlaa will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of jljlaa following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
12.3 Version History. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently updated. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of jljlaa, you agree to first contact jljlaa's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jljlaa will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.
13.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels where the dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
